Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns are only accepted for items that have factory defects, incorrect orders, or sizing issues (applicable for select items).
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or part of a promotional deal are final sale and cannot be returned.

Contact Us: Send an email to support@owlsomewears.com or WhatsApp with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if defective).
Approval Process: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 24-48 hours.
Shipping the Item Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process an exchange, store credit, or refund (where applicable) within 5-7 business days.
